Will Maclean
Painter, printmaker, sculptor, maker of constructions, and teacher. Will Maclean comes from a fishing family, and from the mid-1970s he worked on sculptures and constructions which reflected his interest in the sea, Scottish history, and folklore. He was elected RSA in 1991, and his work is represented in many public collections, including those of The British Museum, the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, and the Scottish Arts Council.
