Derek Chambers

Essex-born artist, graphic designer, illustrator, and photographer, who moved to Aldeburgh in 1993 to concentrate on his painting. Charcoal and watercolour were his favoured media, and he also developed an interest in printmaking and etching. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Watercolour Society and New English Art Club, and was a member of The Suffolk Group.
