Josiah Sturgeon
Essex-born painter and architect. Resumed his art studies after service in WW2. Became President of the Wapping Group of Artists, and was elected to the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours and the Royal Society of Marine Artists. His work is held in many public and private collections
