Karin Jonzen
Karin Jonzen was a sculptor and stone carver, who later worked mainly in terracotta, as well as casting in bronze. She won the 1939 Prix de Rome while still a student in Stockholm, and was elected a fellow of the RBS after the War. She exhibited widely, and completed a large number of public commissions and portrait sculptures of notable people. Examples of her work are held by the Tate Gallery, and in collections in the UK and overseas.
