T. H. Victor
T. H. Victor was a watercolour painter born in Penzance. Noted for his West Country views, mostly of harbours and street scenes. He painted many small studies of Mousehole and Clovelly, and had a shop in Mousehole in the 1960s. He sometimes used the pseudonym W. Sands.
