Peter Nuttall

Studied sculpture under Elizabeth Frink. Noted for his distinctive works of conté or watercolour and inks on paper, his paintings have a distinctly surreal and 'sculptural' look, with Cubist overtones, and can be compared to the surreal landscapes and cities of di Chirico, and the fantasy of artists such as Blake and Mervyn Peake.
